When I lived in Woodbridge, I had an aerobics teacher who was charming and full of energy. I knew she had two boys, but until we talked one day, I had no idea that she had lost a daughter to cancer when her daughter was 6. Our class was called "New Beginnings" but I didn't know why. It was because it was her "new beginning" in the wake of the death of her daughter.
