As a result of COVID-19 pandemic, I’m learning to greet people without shaking hands. I take a slight bow like the Indians and Nepalese and say, “Namaste,” meaning, “I salute the Holiness in you” or “When you and I bow to our true nature, we are one.” My greeting is becoming deeper and and heartfelt.
