I learned it’s healthier to forgive and forget than to hate and remember. I love what Elizabeth Gilbert, award-winning author of “Pilgrims”, said about holding grudges or resentment: “As smoking is to the lungs, so is resentment to the soul; even one puff is bad for you.”

One woman’s formula for sleeping like a baby:
”Every night before I sleep, I express gratitude for all my blessings. Then, I mentally take note of my worries. I pray and turn them over to God.”
Smiles & Giggles…
• Wall Street is the only place that people ride in a Rolls-Royce to get advice from those who take the subway.~Warren Buffet, American business man, investor, and philanthropist.
